By accessing copy.xtradeos.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

Copy.XTradeOS is a social trading platform that enables automated signal copying from Telegram channels to cryptocurrency exchanges (Binance, Bybit) and forex platforms (MT4/MT5). We provide execution tools, not trading signals.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
  • You are solely responsible for your API keys, credentials, and account security
  • You must not share your account with others
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Trading Risks

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Please read our Risk Disclaimer carefully.

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • We do not provide financial advice
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
  • Automated trading can result in rapid and significant losses
  • You should only trade with money you can afford to lose

5. Platform Disclaimer

  • We provide execution tools, NOT trading signals
  • Signal accuracy depends entirely on third-party providers
  • We are not responsible for signal quality or accuracy
  • System downtime may prevent trade execution
  • Exchange API changes may temporarily affect functionality

6. API Key Security

  • API keys are encrypted using AES-256 encryption
  • We only request trade permissions — withdrawal access is never required
  • You can revoke access at any time through your exchange settings
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your exchange accounts

7. Subscription & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis
  • Refunds are available within 7 days if no trades have been executed
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Market manipulation or illegal trading practices
  • Abuse of platform resources or infrastructure
  • Sharing or redistributing copyrighted signal content
  • Automated scraping of our platform data
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and technology are owned by Copy.XTradeOS. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Copy.XTradeOS is not liable for any trading losses, system failures, exchange outages, or third-party service disruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees you have paid in the past 3 months.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.
